MNS

As the supplier, installer, and integrator of the shipboard component of Defence Project JP 2008 Phase 3C, MNS successfully implemented the first broadband satellite communications systems into the Royal Australian Navy (RAN).

As part of the project, MNS:

• successfully achieved INTELSAT H3 C-Band approval for a shipboard VSAT system in HMAS MANOORA and KANIMBLA
• supplied, installed, and commissioned of the first Ka-Band SATCOM system for RAN in the Minehunter Coastal HMAS GASCOYNE

IP-based VSAT services enable unlimited voice and fax, corporate networking, always-on Internet connectivity and data streaming applications for a fixed price that can be consistently budgeted.
